Students learn tips for handling exam stress

Year 6 students attended a workshop with Mr Aylward on Tuesday, 18 March, called ‘5 Top Tips for Handling Test Stress’.

The workshop gave the students a taste of the Year 7 PSHE Wellbeing curriculum and offered practical advice for keeping calm during exams and other stressful situations. They explored what stress is and helpful tools for managing it, including breathing and grounding techniques.

The students then had a Q and A session with three Year 10 students from the Secondary Humanutopia Team, getting their questions answered on all things revision, tests, and general secondary life.
